About The Position

One of our direct client is urgently looking for a Program Manager @ Sunnyvale, CA. This role involves driving Agile Scrum ceremonies for multiple product teams, defining goals, deliverables, and schedules for managing multiple medium complexity projects within a program. The Program Manager will create accountability matrices, assess required resources, identify potential risks, and monitor program progress against timelines and approved milestones. This role also includes leading cross-functional coordination meetings, identifying and engaging internal stakeholders, building strong relationships within the immediate working group, and communicating clearly and concisely. A working knowledge of products and services is expected, along with comprehending the financial plan for multiple project implementations.

Responsibilities

Drive Agile Scrum ceremonies for multiple product teams
Define goals, deliverables and schedules for managing multiple medium complexity projects within a program
Create accountability matrix for your projects
Assess and identify resources required for successful program completion
Identify potential risks for successful completion of your projects
Monitor the program progress against timelines and approved milestones
Lead cross functional coordination meetings to review progress and risks
Identify internal stakeholders for own area of work and engage on a periodic basis
Build strong relationships within the immediate working group
Communicate clearly and concisely in one-to-one/stakeholder meeting involving one–two teams
Demonstrate working knowledge of products and services
Comprehend the financial plan for multiple project implementation
Increase communication, collaboration, transparency and throughput across the organization and with our stakeholder, managing relationships with geographically distributed teams, stakeholders and third-party vendors
Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more teams on Payment group, facilitating team sprint ceremonies (daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives)
Develop and maintain project schedules to track milestones
Escalate project-related issues to leadership according to project guidelines
Provide project status reports to stakeholders and management
Manage project change control processes
Coordinate production issue resolution
Gather and interpret data/reporting
Help guide teams towards issue resolution and risk management and providing additional support to the team as needed
Implement an Agile framework, usually Scrum, to manage teams engaged in highly complex projects with cross-functional peers, senior leaders/stakeholders and external partners
Ensure the team understands project objectives and timelines, as well as how their deliverables impact the overall program
Work with project management to create and consolidate program timelines
Communicate iteration/program health in a way that all levels of the organization can consume
Collaborate with portfolio partners to resolve program issues and drive mitigation plans
Work with the portfolio team to determine business readiness for implementation
Identify, track and report out on various metrics/KPIs to help measure the team’s success
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing
