About The Position

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Program Manager. This is an exempt hybrid-remote position in support of a government customer in the DMV.

Requirements

  • BA in IT Management or Program/Project Management
  • 8+ years of IT program management
  • PMP/PMI certification
  • Minimum 5 years with Agile methodologies and project management
  • Public Trust Level One security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary POC and is responsible for providing management and oversight for the contract and project management support.
  • Responsible for developing work plans, reports, quality checks, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversees the deployment of all program criteria.
  • Interacts with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Technical Leadership, and Senior Leadership.
  • Responsible for program financials, employee review, customer relationships, quality management, staffing and team building.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to provide additional services.
  • Assists in developing management plans, procedures, and methodology.
  • Provides accounting operations support, conducting in-depth research into accounting discrepancies, and cleanup efforts.
  • Serves as the Contractor's main point of contact and responsible for overall performance.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
  • Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
  • Interfaces with all areas affected by the project, including end users, computer services, and client services.
  • Defines project scope and objectives.
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
  • Provides strategic, technical, and analytical guidance to the project team.
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems from experience, advising senior leadership on IT strategic work.
