Our approach is outcome-driven: we don’t just deploy tools—we build scalable systems that enhance productivity, accelerate decision-making, and create lasting organizational impact. govSlackers is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, high-impact programs across our Public Sector client portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring successful execution of initiatives spanning Slack implementations, AI pilots, workflow automation, and digital transformation programs. The Program Manager will serve as a key bridge between clients, delivery teams, and leadership—ensuring programs are executed efficiently, aligned to mission outcomes, and delivering measurable value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in consulting, govtech, or enterprise SaaS environments
• Experience working with public sector organizations or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams), enterprise systems, or digital transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Must-have proficiency with AI tools for aggregating information, speeding up delivery, and managing multiple projects at scale (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Slackbot).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Slack, Salesforce, and AI-driven solutions
• Familiarity with change management, training and user adoption strategies
• Background in workflow automation, DevOps, or enterprise integrations
• PMP, Agile, or similar certification
• Expert proficiency in using Google Workspace for documentation and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams within a project management tool (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management across multiple client engagements, from planning through execution and optimization
• Translate client needs into structured programs with clear goals, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Ensure successful delivery of initiatives including Slack implementations, AI enablement, and workflow automation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to government clients, building strong relationships and understanding mission priorities
• Facilitate alignment across stakeholders, ensuring programs meet both operational and strategic objectives
• Support change management efforts, including adoption, training, and governance
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution
• Drive accountability, communication, and transparency across all workstreams
• Track program performance, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing issues
• Establish and maintain program governance, documentation, and reporting structures
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations
• Identify opportunities to expand program impact through automation, AI, and improved workflows
• Apply best practices to scale successful solutions across clients and programs
• Contribute to the evolution of govSlackers’ delivery methodologies
