KBR is seeking a Program Manager to support the F-35 Maintenance Systems Program Management Office (PMO), providing leadership, coordination, and oversight across a portfolio of sustainment, maintenance, logistics, and modernization initiatives supporting the F-35 Weapon System. The Program Manager will lead the planning, execution and integration of activities supporting the F-35 maintenance sustainment capabilities, ensuring alignment with program objectives, operational requirements, and acquisition milestones.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
7-10 years of experience
Secret Security Clearance required
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, staffing, budgets, risks, and deliverables
Experience interacting with Government customers and Program Management Offices (PMOs)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management certification or equivalent
Experience supporting AFLCMC organizations and acquisition programs
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and subcontractors

Responsibilities

Managing cross-functional teams engaged in systems engineering, digital transformation initiatives, cyber security compliance, and lifecycle sustainment efforts critical to maintaining fleet readiness and mission effectiveness.
Ensuring technical performance, schedule execution, risk management, resource allocation, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
Serving as the primary interface between Government Program Offices, Air Force and Joint Program Office stakeholders, industry partners, and KBR leadership to ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical maintenance systems capabilities that enhance F-35 sustainment operations, operational availability and long-term platform readiness.
