About The Position

The Program Manager will lead the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs from definition through execution and launch. This role involves driving accountability across teams to meet timelines, scope, and financial targets, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs. The Program Manager will partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to define program priorities and ensure resources are aligned to the highest-value initiatives. A key responsibility is designing, building, and maintaining a program health dashboard that tracks milestones, schedule adherence, risks, blockers, dependencies, resource allocation, capacity, financial performance, and KPI/ROI tracking. This role also involves establishing standardized health metrics and reporting cadences, translating complex program data into clear executive insights, and serving as the central point of coordination across various departments and external partners. Effective communication of program status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership is crucial, as is driving alignment among stakeholders, especially in ambiguous or high-conflict situations.
