The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating progress of multiple projects within a program, managing dependencies across projects/workstreams, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages budgets and resources, mitigates risks, mentors and coaches Project Managers within their program, and communicates regularly with stakeholders to ensure program success. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives from conception to completion. This role also includes direct project management responsibilities as needed.
