The Program Manager provides supervision of daily program operations. Responsibilities include: Supervision of direct care staff, provision of hands-on training, data entry in HMIS and communication and collaboration with community partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an ability to communicate clearly and effectively, knowledge of CT Homeless and Housing Networks and service delivery models; is highly motivated, organized, and committed to providing Housing First Services. Experience working in a position that supports individuals experiencing homelessness is necessary. Experience working in a shelter/residential/congregate care setting strongly preferred.
