About The Position

The Project Manager supports the successful execution of operational and strategic initiatives across Fuze Health. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activities, tracking progress, maintaining project documentation, identifying and mitigating against risks and ensuring tasks are completed on time. The Project Manager will work closely with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and operations to keep projects organized, moving forward, and aligned with Fuze Health goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of project management, operations, or healthcare administration experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects and follow through on deliverables
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to present to an executive level audience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Ability to execute cross-functionally and partner with stakeholders across the organization including Commercial, Product & Technology, Finance, Compliance, Strategy, Operations and others.
  • Passion for improving health care through high impact project execution and process improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet preferred)
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations or clinical environments

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the execution of assigned projects: Own projects from start to finish by setting the project scope, defining project costs, creating and managing project plans, and coordinating with project team members.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task lists, and status reports: Create and update simple project tracking tools that outline key milestones, deadlines, and responsibilities so the team can clearly see progress and next steps.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies and escalate issues when needed: Monitor whether project tasks are on schedule, identify potential delays or barriers, and notify leadership or project sponsors when problems require additional support.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings: Organize regular project meetings, guide discussions to keep them productive, and document key decisions, tasks, and responsibilities so the team stays aligned. Regularly check in with project contributors to confirm progress, remind teams of deadlines, and help remove obstacles that could slow the work.
  • Maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, and status updates: Keep project materials organized and up to date so stakeholders can easily access key information about scope, timelines, and progress.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership: Provide regular updates on project status, including completed milestones, upcoming work, and any challenges that may impact timelines or outcomes.
  • Support cross-department coordination to ensure projects stay on track: Work with multiple teams across the organization to align timelines, clarify responsibilities, and maintain collaboration throughout the project.
  • Assist Head of Project Management with defined processes and scope: As the Head of Project Management defines the holistic Fuze Health PMO structure, support in the development of unified processes put into place.
