About The Position
A growing advanced manufacturing company is hiring a Program Manager to support key customer programs in the aerospace and defense industry. This is a highly visible role focused on customer communication, program execution, operations coordination, and driving overall customer satisfaction. You’ll work cross-functionally with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and leadership teams to ensure successful delivery and program performance.
Requirements
- Program management experience in manufacturing or electronics environments
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities

- Aerospace & defense industry experience preferred
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, aerospace, or complex manufacturing operations
