Serve as the single, full-authority Program Manager. Provide total management and coordination of contract cost, schedule, performance, and quality across the RTI mission-support team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Serve as the Contractor's primary point of contact with full authority to act and make decisions on all matters on behalf of the Contractor; designate an authorized alternate. Direct total management and coordination of the task order, ensuring compliance with all performance standards and RS3 base contract clauses. Lead the 30-day transition-in, including ramp-up schedule, hiring sequence, and full staffing within the 30-day objective fill timeline. Manage subcontractor integration and oversight, surge response, and replacement of departed personnel within 30 days. Ensure timely delivery of all CDRLs, including monthly Contractor's Progress and Status Reports and the Funds and Man-Hours (eCRAFT) Expenditure Report. Report actual vs. projected technical progress, cost, and schedule status to the Government.
