About The Position

The Learning Center is seeking a Program Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of one or more programs and to serve as the primary operational owner for the programs they support. The role combines hands-on operational delivery, including meeting and event coordination, documentation, and program administration, with growing responsibility for planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who is ready to own programmatic operations end to end in a mission-driven health care organization. The Program Manager will interact with staff at all levels, both inside and outside the organization, and will contribute to the successful execution of high-level work that supports historically underserved populations.
