The Project Manager will provide full-scale leadership, coordination, and oversight of the middle and high school In-Person Instructional Tutoring Program delivered across five sites within the Get Ready Gear Up Minnesota initiative. This role ensures high-quality instructional implementation aligned to Minnesota Academic Standards, effective tutor training and support, smooth program operations, and consistent communication with school partners and internal teams. While primary duties center on leadership and program management, this position may also involve providing direct small-group tutoring to students as needed to cover staffing shortages, model instructional techniques, or provide targeted intervention. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for district leaders, site coordinators, tutors, and MasteryPrep leadership. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal and written communication skills, instructional expertise, operational precision, team leadership, and the ability to manage complex multi-site educational programming.
