About The Position

Long View is seeking an experienced Program Manager for its Denver branch to lead multiple large-scale technology initiatives. The role involves ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives within a company known for delivering exceptional client results and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and fun. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading complex ERP, Dynamics 365, and enterprise technology transformations in a fast-paced environment, driving business outcomes, influencing stakeholders, and leading high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a business analyst or project manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations.
  • Integrated ERP Deployment experience (ideally with Microsoft D365, AX or CRM).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Program Management with multiple lane / department delivery.
  • Experience in a consulting environment or similar fast-paced industry.
  • An analytical mind and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks.
  • Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects.

Responsibilities

  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
  • Connecting and guiding the project team to minimize turn and down time.
  • Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.
  • Leveraging expertise to support the go-live dates identified for the project.
  • Supporting a team of the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed-upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget.
  • Working directly with the project teams to hit integration goals between the Dynamics modules and automate data processing.
  • Managing the integration of vendor tasks and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.
  • Recommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results.
  • Communicating with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance.
  • Guiding projects from conception to final implementation and measuring the results in a data-driven manner.
