About The Position

Long View is seeking an experienced Program Manager for its Denver branch to lead multiple large-scale technology initiatives. The role involves ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives within a company known for delivering exceptional client results and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and fun. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading complex ERP, Dynamics 365, and enterprise technology transformations in a fast-paced environment, driving business outcomes, influencing stakeholders, and leading high-performing teams.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in a business analyst or project manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations.
Integrated ERP Deployment experience (ideally with Microsoft D365, AX or CRM).
Experience with Azure DevOps.
Program Management with multiple lane / department delivery.
Experience in a consulting environment or similar fast-paced industry.
An analytical mind and creative problem-solving ability.
Exceptional communication skills.
Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks.
Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders.
Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects.

Responsibilities

Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
Connecting and guiding the project team to minimize turn and down time.
Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.
Leveraging expertise to support the go-live dates identified for the project.
Supporting a team of the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed-upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget.
Working directly with the project teams to hit integration goals between the Dynamics modules and automate data processing.
Managing the integration of vendor tasks and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.
Recommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results.
Communicating with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance.
Guiding projects from conception to final implementation and measuring the results in a data-driven manner.
