The Program Manager will lead multiple interdependent projects, coordinating cross-functional teams across business and IT. This role involves building strong collaborative relationships across IT and Operations, influencing without direct authority. The Program Manager will plan, maintain, and evolve program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, scope, and budgets as priorities change. They will monitor progress, risks, issues, staffing needs, schedules, and costs, implementing mitigation strategies and corrective actions as needed. The role ensures programs meet expectations for architecture alignment, functionality, quality, timeline, and budget. Key responsibilities include driving change management, operational readiness, and stakeholder adoption; defining success metrics, KPIs, and performance evaluation frameworks; and delivering transparent, data-driven reporting through dashboards and executive communications. The Program Manager will reinforce PMO, Agile, and intake best practices, ensuring requirements readiness and clarity. They will lead workflow transformation initiatives and system implementation programs through successful completion, partnering with technical product managers to prioritize features and manage scope to meet delivery objectives. This role involves forecasting resource needs, managing vendors and SOWs, creating projects and work items, and assigning resources. Maintaining clear, accessible documentation including project plans, scope, risks, assumptions, and dependencies is crucial, as is ensuring acceptance, ownership, and measurable business outcomes. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation, along with portfolio administration activities such as project intake proposals, portfolio dashboards, and updating governance artifacts, are also key aspects of the role.
