About The Position

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team in the USA. This role is 100% on-site at the Otis offices in Florence, South Carolina, with core working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexibility of one hour before or after). The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple related projects, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals and deliver measurable business value. You will be responsible for managing program budgets, timelines, resources, and staff, while driving organizational change and stakeholder alignment. We are specifically looking for Program Managers who have managed physical hardware product development, not software development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (required)
  • 3–5 years of experience in program/project management, with specific experience as a PM in commercial product development
  • English level: Advanced
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking with proven project/program management abilities
  • Proficiency in program and project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana)
  • Extensive familiarity with management and implementation of business strategy within a program’s framework
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage complex portfolios and navigate organizational change effectively
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards pertinent to the program’s scope

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and metrics to achieve business goals
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects within the program
  • Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration across functional teams
  • Manage and allocate program resources and budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Identify, monitor, and manage program risks and issues, developing contingency plans when needed
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align expectations
