About The Position

It also includes proposal coordination and submission, leading and coordinating the development and submission of high-impact project proposals with internal and external experts, and handling project execution and funding communication, including reporting, managing progress and review meetings, and maintaining communication with funding agencies. The role also requires identifying megatrends, grasping innovation challenges across health tech domains, and executing opportunity assessments. The Program Manager oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison between project management, planning, the project team, and line management. They manage the development and implementation process of products and services, review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports. The role also monitors projects from initiation through delivery, assesses project issues, develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals, and develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Requires broad management knowledge to lead project teams in one department.
  • Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns.
  • Candidates for roles below the Principal level require candidates to possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
