About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager to join their supportive team. This role offers the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills. The Program Manager will be the go-to person for customers, residents, and staff. The position is full-time and offers great work-life balance and flexibility of hours. The setting includes Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient within a lovely community, working with higher functioning residents. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings.

Requirements

Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Treat patients while gaining leadership experience.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling.
Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care.
