About The Position

JRI's Community Based Services division is dedicated to providing care that helps families and their children who face significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges access essential services for success at home, in school, and within the community. Our staff delivers services within the communities of those we serve, focusing on strength-based, needs-driven choices. We adopt a team-based, collaborative approach, grounded individualized services, and evidence-based practices.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
At least 3 years experience in the field and experience in an administrative capacity.
Knowledgeable of the needs of the population served and an understanding of the range of interventions and treatment required by this population.
Maintain a valid driver’s license.
Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Speak a second language fluently, other than English.

Responsibilities

Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for individuals and families served.
Provide supervision and support to Therapeutic Mentors and Support Staff.
Oversee basic program operations, staffing, compliance, safety, documentation, and quality improvement activities.
Work collaboratively with treatment teams, families, and community partners to ensure effective service delivery.
Promote JRI's mission, values, and standards, while maintaining compliance with all agency, state, and regulatory requirements.
