About The Position

The Program Manager is responsible for managing customer programs, new product introduction (NPI) activities, and sample coordination in a manufacturing environment. The role is the primary liaison among customers, engineering, operations, production, quality, and supply chain teams, ensuring customer requirements, project timelines, and product launches are successfully executed. The Program Manager drives programs from initial customer request through production readiness, launch, and ongoing engineering support. The role coordinates cross-functional NPI work, monitors schedules, milestones, risks, and resources, and drives production-readiness activities such as manufacturing documentation, process validation reviews, work instructions, and launch planning. It manages APQP phase gates, collaborates with Quality on PPAP packages and customer submissions, and tracks samples, prototypes, qualification runs, and engineering submissions.
