About The Position

The Program Manager leads a portfolio of cross-functional execution programs intended to improve launch readiness, delivery performance, operating discipline, systems enablement, and scalable business execution. The role translates major initiatives into coordinated action across the business and owns portfolio visibility, prioritization, follow-through, and risk escalation while preserving functional ownership within departments. The portfolio evolves with business priorities and may include initiatives beyond those listed in the posting. Success includes stronger launch and pre-production discipline, fewer surprises, cross-functional follow-through, and consistent delivery against customer commitments. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate alignment with the company’s mission and core values, collaborate with internal and external resources, and participate in ongoing self-development. The position also includes leadership responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, training, directing work, coaching and developing employees, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints and problems. Up to 10% travel may be expected between local sites, vendors, and customer-facing operations reviews; a valid driver’s license is required. The work is generally performed in a professional office environment with environmentally controlled conditions, as well as outdoors at jobsites. The role may involve extended periods stationary, standing, walking, and operating a forklift; occasional kneeling, crouching, stooping, and moving materials or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds; frequent communication and work at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions; and visual inspection and response to signals, alarms, and instructions. Outdoor work may expose the employee to inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidity. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform job duties and responsibilities.

  • Strong understanding of how engineering release, procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and customer commitments interact to affect delivery.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate priorities into coordinated action across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including creating clarity, accountability, and urgency without direct authority over every function involved.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, including ability to manage a broad, evolving portfolio of priorities.
  • Solid recordkeeping and document control to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
  • Ability to identify problems, drive resolution, sustain follow-through, and delegate.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to perform the described physical and communication duties, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
