This position reports directly to the Director of Supportive Housing. Chief Seattle Club’s permanent supportive housing projects, Sweet Grass Flats, Goldfinch Elders’ Housing (55+), ?al?al, Salmonberry, and Sacred Medicine House together can house approximately 340 people, the majority of whom will be Chief Seattle Club members, Native American and Alaska Native. Many residents/members have chronic and acute mental illness, active addiction issues, and/or trauma. Some have been homeless for many years. Goldfinch, Salmonberry, Sacred Medicine House is a low-barrier, trauma-informed, harm reduction programs. Goals and objectives are established and evaluated by the Director of Supportive Housing and may be changed or updated at any time. The Program Manager is expected to run their site in alignment with CSC’s mission, vision, and values, as well as grant and funding requirements and promote a positive sense of community among residents by organizing and actively participating in on-site resident/member activities and services.
