The Program Manager for outreach and prevention is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of outreach, HIV prevention, testing, linkage/navigation, and engagement services within the Youth & Prevention Services portfolio. In addition, this position directly oversees two contracts: the CDC-funded CON condom distribution program and the AIDS Institute COC-funded MPACT program. This position supports high-quality, culturally responsive services for young people, LGBTQ+ individuals, communities of color, and other priority populations impacted by HIV, housing instability, substance use, mental health needs, vocational needs and other social and structural determinants of health. The Program Manager will supervise the Outreach Manager and assigned outreach and navigation staff, monitor service delivery and documentation, support implementation of HIV/STI/HCV testing and prevention protocols, coordinate community and digital outreach strategies, and ensure timely warm handoffs to clinical, behavioral health, substance use, PrEP, and supportive services. The role works closely with YPS and Prevention and Care leadership and cross-department partners to strengthen program operations, contract performance, quality improvement, and participant experience.
