About The Position

Hyperion Biotechnology, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multi-state VA water safety and Legionella compliance program. This role involves managing program execution across California, Arizona, and New Mexico, coordinating various teams, and interfacing with VA stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (engineering, public health, or related)
• Minimum 5+ years program management experience
• Experience with healthcare facilities or federal contracts
• Knowledge of water management programs (WMPs)
• Must reside in CA or AZ
• Strong communication and responsiveness
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and systems

Nice To Haves

• VA experience strongly preferred
• PMP or ASSE 12080 certification

Responsibilities

• Manage program execution across CA, AZ, NM
• Coordinate engineering, plumbing, and lab teams
• Interface with VA stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE 188 and VA requirements
• Oversee reporting, scheduling, and deliverables
