About The Position

As Program Manager on the Value Management Office (VMO) team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and continuous improvement of Alianza's New Product Introduction (NPI) process. You will own the systems that provide leadership with a clear overview of the status of all active initiatives and ensure the NPI process itself is enhanced quarterly. This individual contributor role focuses on execution, including the development and maintenance of tools, templates, and regular cadences for NPI governance. You will also track the adoption of products in the market and facilitate cross-departmental coordination to prevent initiative delays. You will collaborate closely with the Sr. Director, VMO and the broader Product organization, while independently managing your own workstreams.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in program/project management, PMO, or a related operations role.
  • Cross-functional coordination experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of program management fundamentals: status tracking, risk/issue logs, milestone management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining tracking tools and dashboards (e.g., Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, or similar).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for both working teams and executive audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed, capable of independently managing tasks and processes.
  • Ability to pull and validate data from Jira and other internal systems.
  • Ability to turn raw usage and delivery data into a clear narrative leadership can act on.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with tracking tools and dashboards.
  • PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent certification (or actively pursuing).
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud communications, telephony, or a similarly fast-moving product organization.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the NPI intake process end-to-end, including routing requests, assigning the appropriate NPI process type, and ensuring adherence to gate structures and timelines.
  • Maintain and update cross-functional deliverable templates and documentation to reflect process changes.
  • Identify process steps or handoffs that cause friction and propose solutions.
  • Manage the NPI Deliverables Tracker as the central repository for status, owners, risks, and departmental engagement for all active initiatives.
  • Generate recurring executive reports (weekly/periodic) for Director, VP, and SVP audiences, ensuring clarity, decision-readiness, and appropriate flagging of off-track items.
  • Facilitate initiative check-in meetings, follow up on open items to prevent them from becoming stale.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track product adoption and usage metrics (e.g., feature/license adoption, usage trends) for leadership.
  • Extract and validate data from Jira and other internal systems to ensure the accuracy of planning and readiness views.
  • Translate raw usage and delivery data into actionable narratives for leadership.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and over 20 partner departments to align deliverables and dependencies with the NPI timeline.
  • Represent the VMO in working sessions with initiative owners, bridging communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Escalate blockers and unresolved dependencies to the Sr. Director, VMO with recommended solutions.
