About The Position

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Program Manager Support person to join our team. This position will be located at Joint Base San Antonio - Randolph. The contractor shall assist the government in executing Guardian Appraisal activities in alignment with SPFI 36-2401. Duties include supporting the administrative correction and appeal processes, facilitating the board review process, managing waiver requests, managing trouble tickets, resolving issues, providing guidance, and working with stakeholders to improve policy, guidance, and IT systems associated with Guardian Appraisals.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Operations, Analysis, Policy or Planning field
Familiarity with DAF Human Resources IT systems
Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree (may be substituted with relevant experience)

Nice To Haves

Background in DAF personnel or human resources career field desired

Responsibilities

Support the administrative correction and appeal processes.
Facilitate the board review process.
Manage waiver requests.
Manage trouble tickets.
Resolve issues.
Provide guidance.
Work with stakeholders to improve policy, guidance, and IT systems associated with Guardian Appraisals.
Develop, implement, sustain, and improve training activities to ensure stakeholders have the necessary knowledge and skills.
Manage and maintain effective record keeping of communications with customers and communicate them with leadership.
Execute Guardian Appraisal programs in alignment with emerging USSF policy.
Deliver recommendations in a professional format not limited to; email, bullet background paper, briefing slides, messaging, and briefings.
Utilize all security measures to protect PII.
