The Program Manager leads the day-to-day execution of product and program initiatives that support Standard Textile’s growth strategy. This role manages product lifecycles, drives cross-functional collaboration, and ensures new products and programs meet business goals, customer expectations, and profitability targets. The Program Manager partners closely with Merchandising, R&D, Marketing, Sourcing, and Sales to bring ideas from concept to commercialization while ensuring operational readiness for launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 3+ years experience with Product, Business/Marketing Strategy, Project Management preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Salesforce and Power BI preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and enthusiastic about new ideas

Responsibilities

  • Manage product development and commercialization from concept through final development for assigned programs.
  • Lead RFP and brand program deliverables, ensuring complete, timely, and competitive submissions, including tailored customer facing product sample submissions
  • Develop and maintain pricing, margin analysis, and roadmap updates aligned to business objectives.
  • Oversee program or RFP specific product projects, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain existing assigned Hospitality Programs with incremental changes and ongoing assortment upkeep
  • Partner with R&D, Product Merchandising, Sourcing, and Marketing to ensure alignment on design, cost, quality, and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support customer-specific initiatives and new opportunities.
  • Coordinate launch readiness across internal teams including operations, marketing, and customer support.
  • Gather and interpret customer and market insights to guide product improvements and new development.
  • Support trade shows, customer presentations, and brand reviews with accurate and compelling product and program information.
