Program Manager (Sr. ISSO Lead)
About The Position
ProSync is seeking a passionate Program Manager (PM) to oversee the ISSO Support Services Team and is responsible for maintaining security compliance, documentation accuracy, and continuous monitoring for government systems. They will oversee routine cybersecurity governance functions such as POA&M tracking, RMF documentation updates, vulnerability status maintenance, audit preparation, and system owner coordination. This department ensures systems stay compliant with FISMA and NIST requirements daily. Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in federal cybersecurity environments.
- A CISSP, CISM, or other IAT/IAM Level III certification is required.
- Demonstrated experience leading ISSO teams.
- A minimum active Public Trust clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position. (We are not able to sponsor candidates for a security clearance.)
Nice To Haves
- A PMP certification is recommended, but not required.
- A Master's degree in any field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the operational structure focusing on ISSO Support Services.
- Ensures the department operates in alignment with governance standards, RMF expectations, and contract performance objectives.
- Provides executive leadership across ISSO security governance and RMF assessment operations.
- Oversees planning cycles, milestones, and multi‑team synchronization to maintain compliance readiness.
- Manages stakeholder engagement, overseeing coordination between ISSOs, Assessors, government leads, and system owners.
