About The Position

This role involves managing assigned programs to meet business objectives within the Simulation and Training department at Dell Children's Medical Center. The Program Manager will develop program goals and infrastructure, create program plans, management tools, and reporting capabilities. They will lead cross-functional teams, manage program budgets, and communicate program quality outcomes and progress metrics. Additionally, the role requires addressing and resolving project issues to ensure goals remain on track.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
