We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across our Marketplace ecosystem. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex platform programs — including unified account systems, CIAM integrations, and emerging AI capabilities — operating within a centralized TPMO structure. This role requires genuine technical acumen: understanding system architecture and cross-platform dependencies is as important as program execution.

Requirements

+4 years of experience in Program Management roles
Strong understanding of high-level system architecture and end-to-end system flows
Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems with a structured, solutions-oriented approach
Solid program and project management fundamentals such as RACI, project planning, and risk management
Experience leading cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, and UX teams
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging TDMs, PMs, Directors, and senior leaders
Strong Upper-intermediate or Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to define objectives and drive outcomes
Experience managing dependencies across technical teams and systems
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, and PPM tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

Experience working on AI-related initiatives or integrations
Familiarity with CIAM systems, messaging platforms, or large-scale identity systems
Experience working within TPMO or shared services program structures
Exposure to Marketplace or platform-based product environments

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for large, cross-team Marketplace initiatives
Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex product and platform programs
Translate high-level initiatives into structured programs with clear deliverables, milestones, and ownership
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and leadership to align on scope, priorities, and timelines
Understand system-level architecture and cross-platform dependencies to effectively coordinate execution
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive mitigation strategies
Manage and prioritize a portfolio/backlog of initiatives aligned with business goals
Coordinate cross-functional roadmaps and ensure consistent delivery across teams
Own key program artifacts such as project plans, RACI, status reporting, and documentation
Support and manage TPM/PM contractor capacity across multiple initiatives
Ensure delivery against Marketplace OKRs including growth, efficiency, and KTLO/run-operate goals
Maintain clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization
