About The Position

The Lead Program Manager provides oversight of multiple program units and supervises Program Managers. This role is responsible for strategic planning, operational leadership, staff supervision, compliance, and ensuring high-quality therapeutic services. The Lead Program Manager oversees daily operations across programs, ensures consistency in care, and supports leadership development among Program Managers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a residential-based treatment facility including management experience, planning, resource allocation, training, and performance management
• Must maintain a valid Georgia state driver's license
• Current CPR - can be obtained on-site upon employment
• Current HWC - can be obtained on-site upon employment
