As a Program Manager – Sales LDP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales organization by identifying, attracting, and developing high-potential talent. You’ll lead innovative recruitment strategies across colleges and universities, building strong partnerships that generate a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates ready to grow into leadership roles within Gallo and our distributor network. In this role, you will collaborate closely with distributor partners and sales leadership to ensure alignment on staffing needs while delivering top-tier talent solutions. You will mentor and coach emerging sales professionals, guiding their development and helping them realize their full potential. Your ability to foster relationships and influence outcomes will directly impact the success of both our organization and our partners. You’ll also design and execute impactful programs, including internships, recruiting conferences, and development initiatives that enhance candidate engagement and retention.
