About The Position

MMT is seeking a Program Manager, S&OP Supply Chain to oversee master data, inventory optimization, procurement effectiveness, and continuous improvement. This role serves as the connective tissue between data, commercial strategy, and daily supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, capable of managing complex datasets, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing strategic solutions. This position is based at the Customer Experience Center in New Hope, MN.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, S&OP, or business analytics, preferably with exposure to master data or data governance.
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems, master data, and BI tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills to transform complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience setting up or managing an MDM or data governance program.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
  • SQL skills or familiarity with analytical tools beyond Excel/Power BI/Tableau.
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CSCP, CPIM) or similar.
  • Experience in a high-growth or complex, multi-product environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the S&OP organization with a broad mandate including master data, inventory, procurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Own the Master Data Management (MDM) program, including governance, data cleanup, and quality checks for planning data.
  • Analyze inventory trends, turns, working capital, and identify areas of excess or insufficient stock, developing targets and action plans.
  • Identify opportunities for smarter purchasing, such as spend consolidation, negotiation of better terms, and tracking of realized savings.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, from root cause analysis to implementation and measurement.
  • Partner with Demand Planning, Commercial, Finance, and IT to ensure visibility within the S&OP process.
  • Ensure data accuracy, optimal inventory levels and placement, and smart purchasing strategies.
