About The Position

As a member of the Retrofit, Modification, and Upgrade (RMU) Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for driving short and long-cycle decoupled growth through robust pipeline management and Aftermarket (AM) product development and certification. The RMU COE develops and certifies Aftermarket solutions for all channels (Air Transport, Business & General Aviation, and Defense). RMU COE is looking for a Program Manager to lead RMU Programs for the Aerospace D&S Nav &Sensors EGI Missionization and Grow that Pipeline with program. The Program Manager will have direct responsibility to complete certification of RMU offerings, working closely with Customers, Engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Business Teams (CBTs) and the larger Integrated Product Teams (IPT). You will also work with Offering and PAC Leaders to grow the Pipeline. Responsibilities

• Lead RMU Programs for the Aerospace D&S Nav &Sensors EGI Missionization and Grow that Pipeline with program.
• Complete certification of RMU offerings, working closely with Customers, Engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Business Teams (CBTs) and the larger Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
• Work with Offering and PAC Leaders to grow the Pipeline.
• Execute development programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills.
