Senior Program Manager, RMU
About The Position
As a member of the Retrofit, Modification, and Upgrade (RMU) Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for driving short and long-cycle decoupled growth through robust pipeline management and Aftermarket (AM) product development and certification. The RMU COE develops and certifies Aftermarket solutions for all our customer sales channels (Air Transport & Regional, Business & General Aviation, Defense & Space). We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of Embedded Global Positioning System/Inertial Navigation System (EGI) M-Code missionization programs with various Defense customers. The Senior Program Manager will have direct responsibility for driving EGI M-Code missionization/development programs, working closely with Defense customers, Engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Business Teams (CBTs) and the larger IPT. The person must be highly-motivated and self-directed; and experience working on EGI programs is a competitive advantage. You will report directly and work under minimal supervision of the D&S RMU Program Director, execute development programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills. You will work out of either our Clearwater, FL location on a Hybrid 3+ work schedule.
