ISN Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a government contract that includes residential mortgage servicing tasks and activities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (public administration, business management, finance, accounting, economics) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years documented relevant experience in residential mortgage servicing management, escrow and taxes, loss mitigation, default, and risk management.
  • Minimum of five (5) years documented relevant experience with knowledge of government Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Must possess exceptional attention to detail, strategic thinking, and clear communication abilities to align contractor performance with agency missions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to program and management staff regarding employees, program changes, and workload concerns.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate and collaborate with Government contracting representatives.
  • Able to pass ISN and Government background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to recruit and interview, lead, manage, train, and evaluate staff, and recommend program improvements.
  • Utilize information technology systems provided by either the client or developed by the organization for mortgage servicing, reporting, etc.
  • Ability to manage project lifecycles, schedules, and budgets, along with proficiency in contract administration.
  • Deliver positive results to the government agency by providing the resources and support required to succeed in a secure, production focused environment.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership to ensure the program is compliant with contractual performance standards, defined processes, and all security requirements.
  • Prepare reports as needed and submit contract deliverable reports.
  • Work collaboratively with all levels of company leadership, operations, program support, and the government agency.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to program and management staff regarding employees, program changes, and workload concerns.
  • Manage surge capacity with the workload as needed.
