About The Position

ThermalWorks has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a Program Manager - Released Products to join the ThermalWorks Team, working directly with R&D, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Service, and other stakeholders, and focusing on managing changes after initial product release and maintaining visibility to revision scope, dependencies, owners, due dates, release readiness, and implementation status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in program or project coordination, product lifecycle support, engineering change coordination, production planning, or a related role involving engineered or manufactured products.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional work across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quality, Service, and suppliers or contract manufacturers.
  • Experience with revision control, engineering change processes, documentation workflows, or configuration management in a quality-driven manufacturing environment.
  • Strong program coordination and follow-through, able to manage multiple revisions and competing priorities.
  • Highly organized, maintaining clear scope, ownership, dependencies, milestones, risks, decisions, and action status.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including meeting facilitation, status reporting, and escalation.
  • Able to read and work with BOMs, drawings, engineering change records, technical documents, and product configuration information; document authorship or design authority is not required.
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical writers, engineers, project managers, operations and manufacturing teams, and external partners.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project or document tracking tools; PLM, ERP, QMS, or project management systems a plus.
  • Self-directed, reliable, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-changing, cross-functional environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HVAC, thermal systems, electromechanical equipment, data center infrastructure, or contract manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage programs for released products — major revisions, performance or configuration updates, compliance-driven changes, manufacturing changes, and documentation-impacting updates.
  • Maintain revision plans defining scope, affected products and configurations, deliverables, owners, dependencies, milestones, and implementation status.
  • Lead recurring cross-functional meetings — agendas, status updates, decisions, and action items — and follow through to closure.
  • Monitor schedule, scope, risk, and readiness; identify gaps early and escalate decisions or resources needed to keep revisions moving.
  • Coordinate release and implementation readiness across Engineering, Operations, Service, Project Management, and external manufacturing partners.
  • Partner with the Technical Writer, R&D, and Project Management to identify documentation affected by released-product changes and revisions.
  • Coordinate priorities, reviews, approvals, and release timing for updates to product specifications, data sheets, IOM manuals, submittals, drawings, test information, labels, and attachments.
  • Ensure documentation owners receive complete, timely technical inputs — approved engineering changes, updated drawings, performance data, calculations, test results, and configuration details.
  • Track document status and dependencies through review and release while keeping customer, project, manufacturing, and service needs visible.
  • Confirm released documentation matches the intended product revision and that superseded or incomplete information is flagged for disposition.
  • Manage implementation follow-through for approved ECRs, ECOs, and ECNs affecting released products.
  • Verify approved changes are reflected in the applicable BOMs, drawings, controlled documents, manufacturing instructions, supplier communications, and product records.
  • Maintain traceability between revision scope, engineering changes, documentation deliverables, approvals, and implementation evidence.
  • Support cut-in planning and communication, so teams know which revision applies, when it takes effect, and what deliverables are required.
  • Maintain concise dashboards, trackers, meeting records, and decision logs that make revision status and accountability visible.
  • Report status to Product Development leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, upcoming milestones, risks, overdue actions, and decisions required.
  • Coordinate handoffs between Product Development and Operations, including readiness reviews and completion criteria.
  • Support consistent working practices for released-product revision planning, documentation coordination, and action closure.
