The Regional Hub Program Manager serves as the primary regional lead for implementing the Thrive Kansas Digital Mental Health Initiative within an assigned Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) regional hub. This position works closely with healthcare organizations, providers, community health workers, and project leadership to support deployment, adoption and ongoing use of digital mental health services. The role is responsible for coordinating regional activities, facilitating stakeholder engagement, addressing implementation barriers, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards. The Thrive Kansas Digital Mental Health Initiative is a grant funded, statewide, evidence-based digital therapeutic strategy designed to expand access to treatment for depression, substance use disorders (SUD) and other mental disorders in rural Kansas. The initiative deploys clinically validated computerized mental health interventions supported by community-based facilitation and integrated into rural primary care, behavioral health, and community settings. We are currently recruiting for three program manager positions.
