The Program Manager - Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) is responsible for providing habilitation management services to ensure participants make progress toward goals identified through the individual service planning process. This position ensures participant outcomes identified in the Individual Service Plan (ISP) are monitored, measured, documented, and incorporated into ongoing service development and implementation. The Program Manager (QIDP) is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and revising participant program plans while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, agency policies, and participant-centered practices. This role also supports the training and oversight of direct service staff to ensure quality service delivery and participant safety.
