This role ensures a seamless transition from hire to practice integration while developing strategies that enhance provider engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention. The Program Manager partners closely with recruitment, credentialing, operations, medical staff leadership, and human resources to deliver a consistent, high-quality provider experience.
