The Principal Regulatory Program Manager will be responsible for managing the efforts associated with the Regulatory Production System. This includes the end-to-end production process of regulatory filings, from inception to continuous improvement, designing and deploying revisions to a cross-functional process to ensure on-time and quality deliverables. The successful candidate will champion Lean principles and partner with IT and vendors to implement Lean regulatory production/workflow tools, including serving as the Product Owner for regulatory AI-enabled approaches and tools. The successful candidate will lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders, gather requirements, create processes, metrics, and dashboards consistent with Lean concepts that benefit the Enterprise. This position will also compile and analyze data, lead the regulatory process value stream mapping, and conduct interviews with internal teams to identify and quantify issues and recommend solutions for process improvement, while creating automated data routines and processes for reporting and data delivery. This principal will regularly monitor department performance via the developed dashboards and prepare summaries and presentations conveying status of regulatory proceedings. This position will develop and deliver on a communications plan to introduce regulatory initiatives and end-to-end process training in a one-on-one or group setting, and may support additional initiatives at the leader’s request. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Regulatory Production within the Regulatory & Rates department. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory, with headquarters at the Oakland General Office. Limited travel may be required to various locations within the PG&E Service Territory. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: $144,000 Bay Area Midpoint $194,000 Bay Area Maximum: $244,000 This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
