PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is Physical Security background Communication annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE: In this role, you’ll become a trusted expert and key partner to the Physical Security Program Unit (BU), using your deep understanding of products, services, and processes to elevate how BECU operates and serves its members. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work or education related experience required.
Experience managing project teams required.
Minimum 5 years of functional experience required, in the Financial Services industry preferred.
Appropriate licensing, as necessary, to be obtained in first year of tenure required.
Full time hours required with additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives, goals, and projects.
Moderate travel by car and/or public conveyance for trips at some out‑of‑area locations or statewide.

Nice To Haves

3 years of experience in operations management, project management, technology implementation, internal controls development and oversight preferred.
Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate in the English language.
Excellent project management, effective leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Lead and support operational activities across your BU by applying your product and process expertise to deliver smooth, efficient execution.
Project & Delivery Oversight: Serve as a key contributor on project teams, guiding system enhancements, delivery execution, and process improvements that advance BU goals.
Strategic Input: Participate in strategic discussions when needed, offering insights that help shape priorities for BU products, services, and member impact.
Standards, Metrics & Process Excellence: Implement and uphold policies, standards, and processes while creating clear productivity measures, reporting tools, and tracking methods to evaluate success.
Communication & Performance Insights: Produce timely, actionable communications and reporting to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in product and service performance.
Partnership & Program Design: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build and implement programs that support strong employee experiences and unforgettable member advocacy.
Survey & Feedback Analysis: Interpret data and insights from employee and member surveys to identify opportunities and guide improvements.
Regulatory & Compliance Stewardship: Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to your BU, working closely with cross‑functional teams to uphold regulatory expectations.
Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring services delivered to members are high‑quality, efficient, and aligned to BECU’s standards.
Reporting & Audit Readiness: Maintain operational reports, audit materials, and statistical records needed to support BU requirements.
Additional Responsibilities: Take on other duties as assigned to support the BU’s ongoing success.
