Requirements

  • Significant experience in program or project management within construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors
  • Proven experience acting as an owner’s representative or client-side lead on major capital projects
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Experienced in managing complex budgets, schedules, and risk frameworks
  • A track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget
  • Commercially astute with strong contract administration knowledge
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Hold a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary representative of the client, ensuring their interests are protected across all phases of the program lifecycle
  • Lead and manage large-scale, multi-project capital programs from planning through to execution and close-out
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and program controls to ensure successful delivery
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including design teams, contractors, consultants, and client leadership
  • Provide strategic guidance on procurement, scheduling, risk management, and cost control
  • Monitor program performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and industry best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program processes and delivery methodologies
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports and updates to senior stakeholders
