Outpatient PTA - Rehab Program Manager
About The Position
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Program Manager for their Outpatient PTA program. This role offers a great work-life balance with flexible hours, and opportunities for full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN employment. The Program Manager will work with higher functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. This position is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, skilled at relationship development, and ambitious. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff, while also developing leadership skills.
Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
- Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities
- Treat patients while gaining leadership experience.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
- Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
