Outpatient OT - Rehab Program Manager
About The Position
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Program Manager for their outpatient rehabilitation program. This role offers a great work-life balance and flexibility, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN employment. The position is located in Columbus, OH, within assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings, focusing on working with higher-functioning residents. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff, improving the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills. This role combines patient treatment with administrative tasks such as scheduling and liaising with the Area Manager.
Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
- Current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Treat patients while gaining leadership experience
