About The Position
Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position providing coverage across north-eastern Sacramento into Folsom and Woodland - Yolo county service area. The role involves conducting an average of four visits per day, including evaluations and revisits. A current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance are required.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- BLS certification
- NPI number
- California OT license
- Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
- Charting experience with Cerner system
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and revisits for patients in their homes
- Travel within the designated coverage area to provide care
