About The Position
Rehab Program Manager Outpatient- Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA Great Work/life Balance and Flexibility of hours. This position is located in Columbus, OH, within a lovely community setting that includes Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient services. The role involves working with higher functioning residents. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, excels at developing relationships, and is ambitious. As a Program Manager Outpatient, you will have the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills as the primary contact for customers, residents, and staff. Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
- Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities
- Treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
- Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
- Provide patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
