About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Program Manager for their Outpatient setting. This role offers a great work-life balance and flexibility in hours, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN positions. The Program Manager will work with higher functioning residents in a lovely community setting, including Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient clinics. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, skilled at developing relationships, and ambitious. The Program Manager will improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills, acting as the primary contact for customers, residents, and staff. Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
• Provide leadership and be the "go to person" on the team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for the best patient care.
