About The Position

Experian is seeking a Program Manager to contribute to the development of its Operational Excellence program, PowerUP. PowerUP is a modern framework designed to enhance skills and accelerate business outcomes by integrating systems thinking, Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma (LSS) disciplines, and generative AI. This role will focus on modernizing training content, facilitating impactful learning experiences, coaching participants in improvement work, and driving program adoption across the enterprise. The Program Manager will report to the VP, Productivity and Transformation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, transformation, capability building, training, or related disciplines.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience coaching candidates through LSS projects and certification.
  • Experience developing or promoting learning programs across global and matrixed organizations.
  • Experience designing and improving training curricula, learning journeys, workshop content, and facilitator materials.
  • Facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse, cross-functional audiences.
  • Experience translating complex technical concepts into practical, applicable learning experiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring training effectiveness.
  • Experience with AI and its application in learning and development, with the ability to use the latest tools to enhance training delivery and outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of PowerUP training programs, curricula, and learning assets.
  • Modernize Operational Excellence training by incorporating practical GenAI, automation, and agentic concepts that are grounded, usable, and tied to results.
  • Ensure PowerUP content aligns with Experian's priorities and drives measurable capability and performance outcomes.
  • Apply data-driven insights to evaluate training effectiveness and inform program enhancements.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital learning solutions to improve scalability, personalization, and learner engagement.
  • Collaborate with global and regional partners to align PowerUP with enterprise learning strategies and key events.
  • Gather participant feedback, assess learning impact, and refine content and delivery approaches based on outcomes and needs.
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact PowerUP training sessions across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, blended).
  • Build continuous improvement capability by equipping employees with practical tools, methods, and applied problem-solving skills.
  • Create a high-quality learner experience that reflects Experian's standards and the PowerUP brand.
  • Stay current on leading practices in Operational Excellence, adult learning, GenAI, and enablement, and apply these insights to training delivery.
  • Coach PowerUP candidates throughout their certification journey.
  • Review and evaluate CPI/LSS projects to ensure adherence to PowerUP standards and business impact.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to enhance problem-solving capability and project outcomes.
  • Support a culture of accountability, learning, and innovation through coaching and reinforcement.
