Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in business, public administration, legal studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of directly relevant professional experience in program or project management of comparable scope and complexity.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationship with FDA.
  • Responsible for proposing and executing task orders for occupational and laboratory safety, industrial hygiene, information systems, and training services.
  • Provides support and collaboration in establishing business development strategies and ensuring that strategic business development objectives are communicated, understood, and executed.
  • Responsible for maximizing future business of assigned existing Project(s) and leveraging Company offerings.
  • Responsible for the retention of existing clients to expand current business base.
  • Works to ensure that assigned Project(s) meets government requirements in the areas of cost control, schedule, quality of services, key personnel management, business relations, quality assurance, subcontract management, and other areas which results in purple rated (i.e. “very good”) Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs).
  • Responsible for winning re-competes and securing new follow-on work for projects not renewed.
  • Plans and coordinates business generation activities such as responses to client request for proposals (RFPs) and inquiries, continuous and assertive client follow up, and rapid problem resolution.
  • Responsible for the development, preservation and advocacy of Company culture, values and reputation in assigned Project(s).
