About The Position

Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is seeking a Program Manager for its Readiness Division in Silver Spring, MD. Requirements

Master’s Degree in business, public administration, legal studies, or a related field.
Minimum of eight (8) years of directly relevant professional experience in program or project management of comparable scope and complexity.
Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Minimum Clearance Required: Public Trust
Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Public Trust

Responsibilities

Manage client relationship with FDA.
Propose and execute task orders for occupational and laboratory safety, industrial hygiene, information systems, and training services.
Support and collaborate in establishing business development strategies and ensuring their communication and execution.
Maximize future business of assigned existing Project(s) and leverage Company offerings.
Ensure retention of existing clients to expand the current business base.
Ensure assigned Project(s) meet government requirements in cost control, schedule, quality of services, key personnel management, business relations, quality assurance, subcontract management, and achieve "very good" Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs).
Win re-competes and secure new follow-on work for projects not renewed.
Plan and coordinate business generation activities such as responses to client request for proposals (RFPs) and inquiries, continuous client follow-up, and rapid problem resolution.
Develop, preserve, and advocate for Company culture, values, and reputation in assigned Project(s).
